1795-Feb.-18: Fifteen individuals were executed by firing squad in Port-au-Prince after a dangerous plot to massacre the British garrison was discovered.

1795-Feb.-18: Fifteen individuals were executed by firing squad in Port-au-Prince after a dangerous plot to massacre the British garrison was discovered. The conspirators were tried by a council of war that included five French field officers serving under British protection.
