1794: Insurrection aboard the Sandown, bound for Kingston (voyage 83502)

On a slaving voyage that ended at Kingston in 1794, the people aboard the Sandown rose against the crew. They had been taken at Rio Nunez.

The record gives the numbers as: 232 people were embarked; 212 were landed; 20 died on the crossing.
