1793-Jun.-20: Galbaud and his brother led a landing of 1,200 failors and volunteers to attack the government house and reclaim the governorship from the commissioners. The conflict was fierce and bloody, but the failors eventually became ungovernable after discovering and plundering a local wine cellar.
