1788: Insurrection aboard the Licorne, bound for Cap Français (voyage 31703)

On a slaving voyage that ended at Cap Français in 1788, the people aboard the Licorne rose against the crew. They had been taken at Mozambique.

The record gives the numbers as: 446 people were embarked; 435 were landed; 11 died on the crossing.
