Ce qui restera de la prise sera partagé par les intéressés, suivant les conditions de leur acte de société, les frais de relâche et de commission déduits; mais s'il n'y a point de charte partie, les deux tiers appartiendront à l'armateur, l'autre tiers à l'équipage.

Life lesson: After costs, split per the charter party. No charter party? Two-thirds to the outfitter, one-third to the crew.
Notes: Prize distribution: per acte de société (charter party) after relâche/commission expenses. Default rule (no charter party): 2/3 armateur, 1/3 équipage. Statutory fallback.
