Si le crime n'est pas capital, le juge d'instruction pourra, après le premier ou autres interrogatoires qu'il aura fait subir à l'accusé, lui permettre de conférer avec la personne qu'il désirera.
Life lesson:
For non-capital crimes, the judge can allow the accused to meet with someone of their choice after the initial interrogation; a limited right to seek advice.
