Si le prévenu, hors le cas de flagrant délit, a été arrêté sur ordonnance du juge d'instruction, il sera interrogé dans les vingt-quatre heures de son entrée au ban du roi de la ville où siège la sénéchaussée.

For non-flagrant arrests on the investigating judge's own warrant, the suspect must be interrogated within twenty-four hours of arriving at the seneschal court's jail.
