Jusqu'au moment du jugement arbitral, les parties peuvent renoncer à l'appel, le jugement sera définitif, s'il est rendu sur appel ou sur requête civile.

Life lesson: You can waive your right to appeal any time before the arbitrators decide. A judgment rendered on appeal or civil petition is always final.
Notes: Appeal waiver: permitted until jugement arbitral. Post-waiver or post-appeal/requête civile → définitif. Party control of finality.
