La procédure, les délais et les formes établies pour les cours, seront suivies par les parties et les arbitres, à moins qu'il n'en soient autrement convenus. Les arbitres ne peuvent être révoqués que du consentement unanime des parties.

Life lesson: Court procedures apply by default, but the parties can agree to different rules. And you can't fire an arbitrator without everyone agreeing.
Notes: Default procedure: court rules apply. Party autonomy: can agree otherwise. Arbitre révocation: unanimous party consent only. Contractual flexibility with stability.
