S'il a été vendu des immeubles par l'héritier bénéficiaire, sans s'être conformé à ce que prescrit ce chapitre, il sera réputé héritier pur et simple.

Life lesson: Sell estate property without following these rules and you lose the benefit of inventory — you become a full, unlimited heir responsible for all the debts.
