Pour la réception des enchères, la forme de l'adjudication et ses suites, on observera ce qui est prescrit aux articles 340 et suivans du chapitre sur les Saisies Immobilières; cependant les enchères reçues par un notaire, peuvent être faites sans ministère de procureur.
