On ne pourra arrêter pour la même dette, le débiteur dont la détention au ban du roi a été déclarée nulle, qu'un jour au moins après celui de sa sortie.

Life lesson: If your imprisonment is voided, you get at least one full day of freedom before the creditor can try again for the same debt.
Notes: Post-nullity cooling-off: ≥1 day between release and re-arrest for same debt. Prevents immediate re-imprisonment. Minimum liberty interval.
