Dans les trois jours de l'adjudication, le procureur dernier enchérisseur, est tenu de déclarer le nom de l'adjudicataire et de fournir son acceptation, ou de représenter son pouvoir, lequel sera annexé à la minute de sa déclaration, sinon, il sera censé adjudicataire en son nom.

Life lesson: The winning lawyer has three days to reveal who they were bidding for. Don't reveal? You bought it yourself.
Notes: Post-adjudication declaration: 3 days for procureur to name adjudicataire + acceptance or pouvoir. Default: procureur deemed adjudicataire in own name. Prevents anonymous bidding abuse.
