Il ne sera procédé à la vente des objets saisis, que jusqu'à concurrence du montant des causes de la saisie et des oppositions.

Notes: Proportional sale: vente limited to montant of saisie causes + oppositions. No excess liquidation. Debtor protection against over-execution.
