Dans le cas que les arbitres ne fussent pas d'accord, ils pourront se nommer un sur-arbitre ; dans le cas qu'ils ne fussent pas d'accord sur la personne du sur-arbitre, le juge de l'amirauté pourra en nommer un d'office.

Notes: Super-arbitrator (sur-arbitre): appointed by arbitrators if deadlocked. Fallback: admiralty judge appoints ex officio. Ensures resolution.
