Il n'y a que celui qui fait l'achat des marchandises qui soit obligé envers le vendeur. Il en est de même des marchandises vendues ; celui qui achète a seul le droit de réclamer.

Life lesson: Only the actual buyer deals with the seller, and only the actual buyer can complain — partnerships don't create invisible obligations for undisclosed partners.
Notes: Privity in partnership purchases: only actual contracting partner bound to/can claim against seller. No undisclosed partner obligations.
