Les agens du failli, lorsqu'ils entreront en fonction, sont tenus de faire tous actes conservatoires au profit du failli sur ses débiteurs.

Life lesson: The agents' first duty is to protect whatever the bankrupt is owed — preserving every claim against his debtors.
Notes: Conservatory duty: agents must immediately perform all conservatory acts to preserve bankrupt's claims against his debtors. Asset protection obligation upon taking office.
