Si le navire parvenu à sa destination, lorsque l'assureur aura pour objets des marchandises pour l'aller et le retour, ne charge point en retour, ou si son chargement n'est pas complet, l'assureur a droit aux deux tiers de la prime convenue, s'il n'y a point de stipulation contraire.

Notes: Round-trip insurance partial use: if insured for aller-retour but no return cargo (or incomplete), insurer retains 2/3 of premium. Default rule, subject to contrary stipulation.
