Dans le cas de mauvaise volonté prouvée de la part de l'affréteur, le capitaine pourra même demander par justice, la vente publique des marchandises qu'il a à son bord.

Life lesson: If the charterer acts in bad faith, the captain can ask a court to auction off all the cargo on the spot.
Notes: Bad faith remedy: proven mauvaise volonté by affréteur → captain may seek judicial public sale of on-board merchandise. Ultimate enforcement mechanism. Court authorization required.
