Les habitations ne doivent qu'un chemin de sortie ; il est expressément défendu de faire des chemins de traverse dans les places à vivres et jardins ; les habitants sont autorisés à faire boucher et barricader ces chemins, qui sont nuisibles à la culture de leurs habitations.

Life lesson: One road in, one road out. Protect your gardens from unauthorized paths — the law gives you the right to barricade what threatens your crops.
Notes: One exit road per plantation. Cross-paths through food gardens prohibited. Inhabitants can physically block unauthorized trails. Protection of cultivation over convenience.
