Du Mode de Répartition du Quart des Revenus affectés aux Agriculteurs
(Distribution of the Quarter of Revenue Allocated to Agricultural Workers)
Les sommes à répartir aux agriculteurs, seront divisées par : Un quart de part. Demi part. Trois quarts de part. Part entière.
Les agriculteurs travaillant à la manufacture des denrées, des habitations sucreries, auront part à la répartition comme suit : Le premier conducteur, trois parts. Le second, deux parts. Le maître sucrier, deux parts. Le maître moulinier, deux parts. L'hospitalière, deux parts. L'accoucheuse, une part et demie. Les agriculteurs forts travailleurs, une part. Les autres agriculteurs seront payés proportionnellement à leurs travaux, par trois quarts, demi et un quart de part.
Les gardiens d'animaux des agriculteurs, ainsi que ceux qui gardent les animaux servant à l'exploitation de l'habitation, auront part comme les agriculteurs, suivant leur travail.
The sums to be distributed to the agricultural workers shall be divided by: quarter share, half share, three-quarter share, and full share.
The agricultural workers engaged in the manufacture of produce on sugar plantations shall share in the distribution as follows: the head foreman, three shares; the second foreman, two shares; the master sugar maker, two shares; the master mill operator, two shares; the nurse, two shares; the midwife, one and a half shares; the strongest workers, one share. Other workers shall be paid proportionally to their labor, in three-quarter, half, and quarter shares.
The keepers of the workers' animals, as well as those who tend the animals used in the plantation's operations, shall share like the agricultural workers, according to their labor.
