Titre VIII: Des Délits et des Peines (Offenses and Penalties)

Tout hattier convaincu d'avoir tué des animaux confiés à sa garde, à l'insu du propriétaire, ou qui serait atteint et convaincu d'en avoir vendu frauduleusement pour son compte, sera condamné à en payer la valeur, à une détention d'un an aux barrières neuves, et employé pendant ce temps aux travaux publics.
