Les enfans communs, qui seront dotés pendant le mariage par les époux ou l'un d'eux, seront censés l'avoir été par la communauté, s'il n'y a stipulation contraire, que c'est un des époux seul qui a fourni la dot.
Life lesson:
Endow your child during marriage and the community is presumed to have paid — unless the contract says otherwise.
