Celui qui vend la chose appartenant à un autre, croyant de bonne foi en être le maître, sera obligé de rendre au vrai propriétaire le prix qu'il aura reçu, si la chose a été aliénée ce qu'elle valait, sinon celui de l'estimation qui en sera faite.
