La femme, le mari ou leurs héritiers ont seuls le droit d'opposer la nullité en raison du défaut d'autorisation.

Life lesson: Only the spouses and their heirs may challenge an unauthorized act. Third parties cannot exploit a private family matter.
Notes: Standing to invoke nullity for lack of marital authorization is limited to the spouses and their heirs. Third parties cannot use the authorization defect to escape their own obligations. Protects commercial certainty while preserving spousal rights.
