Ce droit est aussi acquis au conseil de famille. 1°. Lorsque son consentement n'aura pas été obtenu dans le cas prévu par l'article 73. 2°. Lorsque l'opposition aura pour motif l'état de démence du futur époux ; dans ce cas, l'opposition ne sera admise qu'à la charge d'en demander l'interdiction, et d'y faire statuer par la sénéchaussée.
