Chapitre IV: Des Dispositions testamentaires (On Testamentary Dispositions)

Tout testament olographe sera présenté au sénéchal, dans la juridiction duquel la succession est ouverte; il sera procédé en présence de la personne qui le présentera à son ouverture, s'il est cacheté; et procès verbal de la présentation de l'ouverture, ainsi que de l'état du testament, sera dressé par le sénéchal, assisté du greffier, et le dépôt ensuite en sera par lui ordonné au rang des minutes du notaire qu'il désignera.
