Les formalités exigées dans les deux sections qui précèdent pour les divers testamens, seront strictement remplies, à peine de nullité.

Life lesson: Every formality is mandatory — miss one, and the will is void.
Notes: Strict formality: all testament formalities (Sections I–II) mandatory on pain of nullity. No substantial compliance doctrine. Cf. Code Napoléon Art. 1001.
