On peut arrêter le cours de la demande en rescision, et empêcher un nouveau partage, en offrant et fournissant au demandeur le supplément de sa portion héréditaire en argent ou en nature.

Life lesson: Avoid a new partition by simply topping up the shortchanged heir's share — in cash or in kind.
Notes: Stopping rescission: supplement claimant's hereditary portion (money or kind) to prevent new partition. Efficient resolution. Cf. Code Napoléon Art. 891.
