Les lots sont faits par le cohéritier dont ils auront convenu entre eux, et qui aura accepté la commission; s'ils n'étaient pas d'accord sur le choix, ou en cas de refus de la part de celui nommé, ces lots seront faits par un expert que le juge-commissaire désigne. Ils sont ensuite tirés au sort.

Life lesson: The co-heirs agree on who forms the lots — or the court appoints an expert. Then the lots are drawn by chance.
