Les servitudes actives et passives ne peuvent cesser à l'égard d'un nouveau mur mitoyen ou d'une maison qu'on reconstruirait; mais elles ne peuvent être néanmoins aggravées lors de la reconstruction.

Life lesson: Rebuild the wall or the house; the servitudes survive but cannot grow heavier. Reconstruction preserves obligations without worsening them.
