Quiconque aura mis en œuvre des matières appartenantes à d'autres et à leur insu, pourra aussi être condamné à des dommages et intérêts, s'il y a lieu, sans néanmoins préjudicier aux poursuites par voie extraordinaire, si le cas y échet.
Life lesson:
Beyond returning the material or its value, the unauthorized user may owe damages — and if the act rises to criminality, criminal prosecution remains open. Property violations carry both civil and criminal consequences.
