Les animaux que le propriétaire du fond livre au fermier pour la culture de l'habitation, estimés ou non, sont réputés immeubles tant qu'ils demeurent attachés au fond par l'effet de la convention.

Life lesson: Animals given to the farmer for the land's cultivation are legally nailed to the soil — immovable by agreement. Only when the contract releases them do they walk free in law.
Notes: Animals delivered for plantation cultivation become immovable by contractual attachment (destination). The convention/agreement creates the legal fiction. Appraised or not, the rule applies equally.
