De l'Interdiction

Civil Law
Titre X: De la Majorité, de l'Interdiction et du Conseil judiciaire (On Majority, Interdiction, and Judicial Counsel)
Chapitre II: De l'Interdiction (On Interdiction)

Life lesson: After death, the door to insanity challenges closes — unless the madness is written into the very act itself.
Notes: Post-mortem insanity challenge: generally barred unless (1) interdiction was pronounced or initiated during life, or (2) the act on its face reveals insanity. Protects the finality of transactions after death.
