La signature du lieutenant de juge et celle du greffier, sont légalisées par le sénéchal du ressort, et celle du sénéchal, par le procureur général.

Life lesson: Authority must be verified at every level. A signature without authentication is merely ink on paper.
Notes: Chain of authentication: lieutenant judge → seneschal → attorney general. Each level validates the one below it, creating a hierarchical system of documentary trust.
