Sans une délibération du conseil de famille, homologuée à la sénéchaussée, le procureur du roi entendu, aucun emprunt, sous quelque prétexte que ce soit, ne pourra être fait par le mineur émancipé ; il ne pourra ni vendre, ni aliéner ses immeubles, que dans les formes prescrites au Titre de la Minorité.

Life lesson: An emancipated minor may not borrow or sell land without the full apparatus of council, court, and prosecutor. Freedom has its limits.
Notes: Borrowing and immovable alienation remain subject to full guardianship-level protections: family council + seneschalsy homologation + prosecutor. Emancipation does not unlock these powers.
