Le conseil de famille nommera un curateur au mineur, lors de son émancipation, pour être présent, et l'assister à la reddition de compte de tutelle.

Life lesson: At emancipation, a curator is named — not to replace the child's judgment, but to stand beside him when the guardian's accounts are opened.
Notes: Emancipation curator: appointed specifically for the guardianship-account settlement. Protective role during the financial transition from guardianship to independence.
