Le conseil de famille peut obliger le tuteur, excepté le père et la mère, à fournir, chaque année, au subrogé tuteur durant la tutelle, les états de situation de sa gestion, sans aucune formalité de justice.
Life lesson:
Each year, the guardian must open his books to the surrogate — no court needed, just the council's word.
Notes:
Annual reporting to surrogate guardian. Parents exempt. No judicial process required — administrative accountability. Ongoing monitoring rather than end-of-term-only review.
