Dans le cas où le propriétaire aurait eu en différens temps, son domicile dans la province ou hors la province, on ajoutera à ce qui manque aux dix ans de présence, et pour les compléter, un nombre d'années d'absence double de celui qui manque.

Life lesson: If the owner moved in and out of the province, calculate the mixed prescription: each year of absence counts as half a year of presence.
Notes: Mixed domicile calculation: absence years count double toward completing 10-year period. Formula: 10 years presence, or adjust by 2:1 ratio for absence periods.
