Les exceptions résultant de la prescription n'étant pas alléguées, les juges ne pourront y suppléer d'office.

Life lesson: Judges can't raise prescription on their own — it must be invoked by the party.
Notes: No judicial supplementation: prescription must be pled by party. Judge cannot raise ex officio. Dispositional principle.
