Chapitre I: De l'Expropriation ou Vente forcée (On Expropriation or Forced Sale)

Dans le cas que les biens hypothéqués ou non hypothéqués au créancier, fissent partie d'une seule et même exploitation, la vente des uns et des autres sera (le débiteur le requérant) poursuivie ensemble ; et s'il y a lieu, la ventilation se fait du prix de l'adjudication.
