Chapitre I: De l'Expropriation ou Vente forcée (On Expropriation or Forced Sale)

Le créancier a le droit de demander et faire ordonner la vente : 1°. Des biens immobiliers et de leurs accessoires réputés immeubles, dont la propriété appartient à son débiteur ; 2°. De l'usufruit de ces mêmes biens qui appartient au débiteur.

Life lesson: A creditor can force the sale of the debtor's immovable property and usufruct rights.
Notes: Forced sale scope: (1) debtor's immovables + immovable accessories, (2) debtor's usufruct. Same property as mortgageable (Art. 1452).
