On ne peut hypothéquer les biens des mineurs ou interdits, qu'en vertu de jugemens, ou dans les formes prescrites par la loi.

Life lesson: Minors' and interdicted persons' property can only be mortgaged with judicial authorization or in legally prescribed forms.
Notes: Protective restriction: minors'/interdicts' immovables mortgageable only by judicial order or prescribed legal forms.
