Titre XXIX: Des Transactions (On Settlements)

Une transaction pourra être rescindée : 1°. En cas de fraude ou de violence ; 2°. S'il y a eu erreur sur l'objet de la contestation ; 3°. S'il y a eu erreur dans la personne ; 4°. Si on a transigé sur un titre nul, sans avoir expressément traité sur la nullité.
