Le créancier ne pourra revenir contre la division de son action, qu'il aura lui-même volontairement consentie, quand même il y aurait eu des cautions insolvables avant la division.

Life lesson: If the creditor voluntarily agreed to divide the claim, they can't undo it — even if some sureties were already insolvent.
Notes: Creditor's voluntary division = irrevocable. Pre-division insolvency does not permit reversal. Creditor bears risk of voluntary consent.
