Le mandant ne pourra avoir recours que sur le mandataire, pour tout ce qu'il aurait pu faire vis-à-vis des tiers, après la révocation du mandat, qui n'aurait été notifié qu'à ce mandataire.

Life lesson: If you revoke the mandate but only tell the agent — not the third parties — you can only go after the agent for unauthorized post-revocation acts.
Notes: Revocation effective against third parties only when notified to them. Principal's sole recourse against mandatary for post-revocation acts if revocation notified only to mandatary.
