Le mandant ayant le droit de révoquer le mandat à sa volonté, le mandataire est obligé de lui remettre, s'il l'exige, l'écrit qui le contenait.

Life lesson: The principal can revoke anytime — and the agent must hand back the written mandate if asked.
Notes: Principal's free revocation right: at will, no cause required. Mandatary must return mandate document on demand.
