Si à raison de la gestion, le mandataire a éprouvé quelque perte sans imprudence de sa part, il en sera indemnisé par le mandant.

Life lesson: If the agent suffers losses through the management — without being reckless — the principal must make them whole.
Notes: Indemnification for mandatary's losses: principal liable if loss arose from management and mandatary was not imprudent.
