Pour être autorisé à consentir des actes concernant les biens fonds ou rentes, comme ceux d'aliéner ou hypothéquer, il faut un mandat spécial, celui qui est général ne donne de pouvoir que pour les actes de pure administration.

Life lesson: Selling or mortgaging property requires a specific mandate — a general power of attorney only covers routine management.
Notes: Special mandate required for: alienation, mortgaging of immovables/rentes. General mandate = pure administration only. Protects principal from unauthorized dispositions.
