Du Prêt de consommation ou simple Prêt

Contract Law
Titre XXIV: Du Prêt (On Loan)
Chapitre II: Du Prêt de consommation ou simple Prêt (On the Loan for Consumption or Simple Loan)

Les choses de même espèce, mais différentes dans l'individu, comme sont les animaux, ne peuvent être la matière d'un prêt de consommation.

Life lesson: You can't make a consumption loan of animals; each one is unique, so you can't just return 'the same kind.'
